LJC Performances
We love the chance for you to perform! Each year, we have two festivals, one in December and one in July, where every band and ensemble can showcase their work, with options for musicianship classes to either perform or display pre-prepared work.
On Festival days, the regular timetable does not run, and performances take place between 10AM and 2PM
There are also opportunities for solos and duos to perform at mini gigs at break times and some mini gigs from bands too.
Last year, students also performed at external festivals in the region, including the Headingley Music Festival and at Leeds First Direct Arena, as part of the 2023 Leeds Youth Music Festival led by LMEP.
