Theatre: Alternate Vince Fontaine /Teen Angel/ Kenickie/ Roger in Grease (Piccadilly Theatre) Originated the role of The Mad Hatter in Shrek the Musical (Original London Cast) Originated the role of Oompa Loompa in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Original London Cast) Kansas/Dance Captain in Gypsy alongside Imelda Staunton (London Revivial Cast) Swing/Assistant Dance Captain in Groundhog Day (Original London Cast - won Best New Musical Olivier) West End Chorus in Chess in Concert (Founding Chorus Member) Ensemble in 'Betwixed' the Musical.

TV & Masterclasses: Damien regularly appeared in Emmerdale, My Parents Are Aliens, Heartbeat and Wilmot as a child actor. He has led Workshops, Talks and Masterclasses across the UK and the Netherlands throughout the last 10 years. Damien set up ‘Show in a Week’ - a business venture designed to encourage Dutch children to be more engaged in Musical Theatre.

Film & Arena Tour: Damien worked as a session singer on the new 'Mary Poppins Returns' film with Lin Manuel Miranda and Emily Blunt, and sang as one of Adele's backing singers on her Wembley Dates of her International Tour in summer 2018.

He continues to work professionally whilst ensuring he is present in Harrogate and Cross Hills at his acclaimed theatre school, Damien Poole Theatre Arts where he regularly leads classes.
