Beating artists such as Lady Gaga, JLS, Chris Brown, Sugababes and Pixie Lott, Leeds College of Music alumna Kelly Mueller’s debut single ‘She Cries’ hits the No.1 spot this week in Music Week Upfront Club Top 30!

DJs such as Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Gareth Emery, Cosmic Gate and artists Imogen Heap and The Script have supported ‘She Cries’ and Kelly is the featured artist on Akon’s new HITLAB site, his new venture to try and discover the next big thing and promote unsigned artists.

Kelly studied on the FE Programme at Leeds College of Music, becoming the youngest and first female to be presented with the College’s ‘John Coates Award for Outstanding Musicianship’.
