We need to know in advance if you are planning to attend your Graduation Ceremony in person or not (Graduation in absentia), so that we can ensure the seating plan is correct and the Ceremony can run smoothly.

Each graduand is automatically entitled to two free guest tickets. Additional guest tickets are charged at a cost of £6 each. We will contact you after the closing date on Friday 30 June 2017 to confirm your allocation.

It is really important that you complete the online booking form, even if you decide not to attend the Ceremony, as we need confirmation of your address to post your certificate.

If you have any guests who have access requirements, please let us know, so that we can allocate guest tickets with suitable accessibility.

There is full wheelchair access to Leeds Town Hall and wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities on all floors. A number of spaces in the seating area are reserved for wheelchair users. There is no parking, although there is a dropping-off area at the front of the Town Hall.

Ticket collection

Your guest tickets will be available for you to pick up when you arrive at Leeds Town Hall from 9.00am on Friday 28 July 2017.
