You can book tickets for upcoming performances online, by telephone, in person at the box office or by post.
You can also reserve tickets up to seven days before a performance by telephone, in person at the box office, by email or by post. Payment must be made within four working days to guarantee your booking, however we will endeavour to contact you prior to releasing your tickets.
Please note: 

  • For events in The Venue where seats are numbered, if particular seats are required then booking should be made by telephone or in person at the box office, otherwise the best available seats at the time of booking will be issued.

  • Concerts forming part of Leeds International Concert Season can only be booked through the Leeds City Council Box Office (0113 224 3801, open 10am-8pm Monday to Saturday).

When booking tickets online, you will be offered the best available seats (see The Venue seating plan). To choose specific seats, make your booking by telephone or in person at the box office.

Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Delta are welcome.
Tickets can be mailed to you in advance at a charge of 50p, or can be collected in person at the Box Office.


Drop in to the Leeds College of Music Box Office, situated in the Conservatoire's main reception (3 Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7PD).
The Box Office is open: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, and until 8pm on concert days.
The Box Office is closed: at weekends, unless a concert is due to take place and is therefore open from one hour before the concert begins.

State your ticket requirements and enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your tickets to be sent to you.


Concessions are available to students in full-time education, over 60s, disabled people and unemployed people, and are available online, by telephone, in person at the box office and by post. 
Wheelchair users and one companion are entitled to discounted tickets on all performances. 

Please note that Leeds College of Music students and staff can only claim discounts in person at the Box Office. 


Only one offer applies to any one ticket, subject to availability, and must be requested at the time of purchase.
No refund on pre-booked tickets will be made on the announcement of a special offer that advertises tickets at a lower price.

Ticket exchanges can be made for a flat fee of £1. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance.


We will do everything possible to assist you if you arrive late for a performance or after an interval but, so as not to disturb the enjoyment of fellow audience members, you may have to wait until a suitable break in the performance.
Occasionally it may not be possible to enter once a performance has started.
