Legacy Scheme

About the Legacy Scheme

There are any number of ways in which a legacy donation can make a significant difference to Leeds College of Music or its students. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The creation of a scholarship or bursary

  • A contribution towards new facilities or the purchase of an instrument

  • Providing support towards specific research activity

  • A contribution towards a teaching post for a particular instrument

  • An unrestricted donation

Please note that as a charity, any gift would be free from Inheritance Tax.  We can provide information about how to leave a legacy, the different types of legacy, and options for how the legacy would be managed.

How we say thank you

All donors will be recognised in memoriam on the Leeds College of Music website, in its prospectuses and in all of its concert programmes and brochures.
