The aims of Friends Association is:
- To assist and support the College with its provision of musical education in areas for which public funding is not readily available, i.e. the provision of annual scholarships, prizes and study bursaries.
- To serve as a link between the College and the wider community, including former Leeds College of Music students.
- To assist in the promotion of College concerts and events.
- To assist with the fundraising aims of the College.
- To assist with the provision of external performing opportunities for students.
Friends Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in the College, including staff, governors, part-time students, parents and relatives of students, and music loving members of the public.

Annual Subscriptions:
Bronze: £20
- Subscription to the College’s bi-annual newsletter Connected
- One pair of free tickets to a student ensemble concert
- 20% discount on all Leeds College of Music concerts*
- Exclusive information about concerts and other events taking place at the
College through an e-newsletter

Silver: £50
All of the above plus:
- Automatic Joint Membership
- Invitations to exclusive Friends events including open workshops and masterclasses not open to the public
- Priority booking
- Name credit in LCoM concert programmes and supporters section of the college website
Gold: £100
All of the above plus:
- Invitation to an annual social event
- Reading rights in the College library
- Opportunities to meet visiting artists
Corporate Friend: £250
- Company Logo on the Leeds College of Music Website (over 150,000 hits per year)
- Company line credit in Leeds College of Music Concert Brochures (24,000 printed each year)
- Subscription to the College’s bi-annual newsletter Connected
- A 20% discount on tickets to all Leeds College of Music promoted concerts *
