Pop students to perform at Big Jukebox

Leeds College of Music, in conjunction with live music venue The Wardrobe, presents Big Jukebox a new monthly event showcasing BA Popular Music Studies students. Held in The Wardrobe's basement bar, Big Jukebox provides a platform for Leeds College of Music students to gain public performance experience in a club environment. Performing at Big Jukebox on Wednesday 25 November will be Brit Bus winners We Were All Made in China, 2nd year blues/funk band The Chase and Lunchtime Disco Club who perform a mix of pop and folk. Kicking off the show with an acoustic set is Jordan Fearnley aka Turkey Hill Billy! Big Jukebox is promoted by 2nd year BA Popular Music Studies student Laura Popperwell. Laura also runs a weekly acoustic showcase, Jukebox, in The Wardrobe's cafe bar area on Monday evenings. Every Monday night from 9pm you can catch great live music from talented Leeds College of Music students. Big Jukebox presents...
