Live at Leeds at The Venue - Germain

Germain - The Venue, Leeds College of Music, 7.30pm germain Germain is Jake Germain-Whiskin (vocals/rhythm guitar), James Healey (lead guitar), Alex Robinson (bass guitar) and Joe Cox (drums), four guys from four corners of Leeds who formed in 2009 after meeting at Leeds College of Music. Since forming, the band has already bagged prestigious gigs at the Brudenell Social Club, The Cockpit, The Elbow Rooms, Milo, Verve and Tthe Wardrobe; a live acoustic radio session at East Leeds FM and has supported bands such as The Neat, The Besnard Lakes, The Paddingtons, Middleman, Tigers That Talked and Japanese Fighting Fish to name but a few. On Saturday 1 May over 150 bands will be descending on Leeds to take part in what can only be described as the best day of live music in the land. Tickets are still available now but with the festival’s sell-out reputation chances are they won’t be for long! Leeds College of Music is one of the many venues which will be taking part in this massive all-day event. Your Live at Leeds wristband will give you admission to The Venue all day, as well as to all the other venues involved. Wristbands are £15 and are available by clicking the following link: https://www.lunatickets.co.uk/event_page.php?event=Live+at+Leeds www.liveatleeds.com Photos Credit: Barnaby Aldrick
