Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, every public authority is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out how it intends to publish the different classes of information it holds, and whether there is a charge for the information.
Leeds College of Music has adopted from 1 January 2009 the Information Commissioner’s generic model publication scheme developed for public authorities and is committed to publishing the information described in the Information Commissioner’s definition document for higher education institutions.
The College is producing a new guide to information to support the publication scheme which will be available shortly. In the meantime, please see the list of available publications and charges shown in the downloadable version of Leeds College of Music’s Publication Scheme 2003 which is available here.
