Leeds College of Music Graduation Ceremony 2011
The 2011 Leeds College of Music Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday 29 July in Leeds Town Hall at 2.00pm.
The Ceremony will be followed by tea and cakes for you and your guests. It is very much hoped that you will be able to attend.
Tickets
Everyone is entitled to two free guest tickets, plus up to two more tickets at £5 each.
How to confirm your place/book tickets
Please complete the Graduation Booking Form and return it to Louise Wood

- post to FREEPOST LS6467, 3 Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7PD*
- or hand it in to Room 335 as soon as possible*
*at the very latest by Friday 20 May
It is really important that you reply even if you are unable to attend.
Photography and gown hire
You will also need to order your gown and photography in advance.
Online gown ordering will open on Tuesday 1 March.

ResultsFull details on how to hire your gown and photographs can be found using the links at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Even though you will not receive your results until the beginning of July you need to complete the Graduation Booking Form to indicate whether or not you will be attending the Ceremony and how many tickets you require.
In the unlikely event that you do not obtain your degree, you will be able to get a refund from Ede and Ravenscroft for gown hire and photography.

Again, even though you will not have received your results you will need to order your gown and photography in advance; in the unlikely event that you do not obtain your degree, you will be able to get a refund from Ede and Ravenscroft.
What happens next?
Finals details for the day will be sent to you towards the end of June. Your guest tickets will be available for you to pick up when you arrive at Leeds Town Hall on Friday 29 July.
