"A massive thank you for your venue and staff for the help and assistance with the BAUS Section of Trainees Conference. As the organiser, I can not speak highly enough of the venue and staff. From the stewards who were attentive and helpful, to the catering staff who were always on top of timings and layout and also extremely friendly and accommodating, it really did make all the difference.

Our delegate feedback comments spoke of a great ‘atmosphere’ and ‘vibe’ throughout the meeting, which I think the venue has a lot to do with. Most of all to the audiovisual staff who, without, the event simply would not have run.

Our delegates are not the most easy going clientele to deal with, and they all dealt with every request and instruction that was thrown at them with incredible calmness and promptness. I can not thank them enough for the help and support they provided tirelessly throughout the whole meeting. Last but certainly not least, the event coordinator. "We used Leeds Conservatoire as the venue for our inaugural Creative Cities Convention, a brand new platform for producers and broadcasters working in the digital media industry outside London. It was important for us to make a good impression in our first year and the venue was perfect. The team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and the auditorium was terrifically atmospheric, lighting and set design requirements were executed excellently and all the facilities including the Rooftop Bar and meeting areas were right outside, which enabled ease of networking and suited us really well.

We used a great jazz duo provided by the conservatoire and the catering, audiovisual and technical aspects were all great too. We had some very high profile speakers and everyone was impressed. Our conference will travel to a different city each year but I would love to use this venue again, given the chance."

Our state-of-the-art 354-seat auditorium provides a flexible and inviting space that can accommodate conferences, debates, formal presentations, auditions, TV screenings or meetings.

The space is fitted with theatre lighting and sound equipment, and high-power projection onto a large motorised screen.

The Venue also houses two Steinway & Sons Model D grand pianos.

The Rooftop Bar provides 2,150 sq ft of flexible space for breakouts and catering on the same floor as The Venue auditorium. You can book this space independently of The Venue for a wide range of events, from meetings to private parties.

With modern architecture and breathtaking panoramic views across the city, this award-winning space will bring the wow factor to your event.

Seating up to 120 people, the Recital Room is spacious yet intimate with retractable raked seating, a built-in audio system and high-power projection.

The space is popular with a wide range of clients for its excellent sight lines and superb acoustics.

The Recital Room also houses one of our Steinway & Sons Model B grand pianos.
