Beethoven

St. Anne’s Cathedral is an appropriately dramatic setting for this performance of Beethoven’s mighty Ninth Symphony. Known as the Ode to Joy, the Ninth Symphony is one of the most recognisable works in the orchestral repertoire and continues to be a favourite with concert goers the world over. Guest conductor Murry Sidlin brings his gift for creating accessible performances to Leeds College of Music’s Chamber Orchestra and Chorus.
