SMSPlus

SMSPlus is an optional 2-year continuation programme, focusing on student and tutor led ensemble groups, which is usually available when you complete the Saturday Music School programme. SMSPlus will enable you to develop your performance and ensemble skills further. SMSPlus students are encouraged to work towards an Arts Award (www.artsaward.org.uk) which is included in the programme. The fee for new students enrolling for 2012/13 is £350 which is payable in instalments.

The programme takes place every week between 10.15am and 12.30pm during term time at Leeds College of Music. If you already have some ensemble and playing experience and are aged 14 – 17 (at 1st September in the year of application) then you may be eligible to join SMSPlus without attending Saturday Music School.
