Working better together.

We're working in partnership with these organisations to ensure we can provide you with the highest quality education and facilities.

We are the only English conservatoire to hold the coveted All-Steinway School status – meaning 90% of our pianos are from the Steinway family. This demonstrates our commitment to excellence by providing you with the best equipment possible for the study of music.

We have been using TC-Helicon products within our vocal programs for years and we have been recognised by TC-Helicon as a top educational provider.

Many Instructors for Leeds are regular contributors to TC-Helicon's sister publication, VoiceCouncil Magazine. TC-Helicon is the only pro audio company 100% dedicated to singers.

Roland UK

We are proud to be a Roland Academy in association with Roland UK. Roland is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of musical instruments including pianos, keyboards and synthesizers, guitar products, electronic percussion kits, digital recording equipment, amplifiers and audio processing devices.

We are a Platinum member of the ISM. The Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM) is the UK’s professional body for musicians and largest subject association for music. Supporting over 6,000 music professionals and students studying music; the ISM provides hundreds of discounts, unparalleled legal and tax support, free insurance, expert professional advice, professional development and more.

We are also members of a number of organisations that ensure we can give you the best access to mentoring, business skills and networking opportunities.

University of Hull

Our degree courses are validated by the University of Hull. The conservatoire and the University have teaching and research links, and are working closely to provide enhanced opportunities for students studying at undergraduate and postgraduate level at both institutions.  The University has launched its new School of Drama, Music and Screen and is planning further investment in music provision in auditoria, theatre space and media environment. The music partnership with Leeds College offers an extra dimension to music students.
Forward-thinking, modern and student-oriented – and with a firm commitment to celebrating diversity – the University of Hull’s ethos is well-matched with our own.

Leeds College of Music is a regional 'Hub' for BASCA (British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors), the UK's independent professional association representing music writers in all genres.

We're also members of Conservatoires UK and the Association of European Conservatoires.
