Jane Anthony

Jane Anthony, soprano, was born and brought up in Leeds. She studied at RAM and RNCM and sang both in concerts and in opera, mainly with Opera North, for many years.
Jane is Senior Lecturer in Classical Music at Leeds College of Music and directs the College opera class.
Jane is the founder of Leeds Lieder+, a
biennial music festial which celebrates the fusion of music and poetry found in Lieder and other classical art song traditions.
