Gary Hudson
GCLCM, PGCE
Gary Hudson is Senior Lecturer in Popular Music at Leeds College of Music.
He is module coordinator for all the Ensemble and Solo performance modules on the BA Popular Music program. He also teaches on all the modules in Performance and Principal Study Guitar. His teaching specialism’s include Pop, Rock and Blues.
Gary studied at Leeds College of Music, gaining a Graduate Diploma in Jazz and Contemporary Music, before receiving Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Huddersfield.
Gary has been performing professionally for over 25 years, and teaching both privately and institutionally for over 20 years.
He is in regular demand for various gigs and recording sessions. Gary is currently writing new solo material and music for upcoming video games pencilled for release in the near future.
