How to Enrol

If you are interested in enrolling on any of the ensembles, please contact Course Enquiries on (0113) 2223416 or email here giving details of your name, address, instrument (if applicable) and current standard. You will then be sent an enrolment form which must be returned with payment before attending rehearsals. You will also be required to obtain a College ID card.

Symphony Orchestra Auditions

If you are interested in auditioning for the Symphony Orchestra, please contact Course Enquiries giving details as above. If a place for your particular instrument is available, you will be sent a time and date for your audition, and some relevant orchestral extracts to prepare. If you are successful following your audition, you will be sent and enrolment form which must be returned with your payment as above.

Refund of Ensemble Fees

If you decide to withdraw from an ensemble, refund of your fee is at the discretion of the College in line with the Further and Continuing Education Department’s Refund of Tuition Fees Policy. Copies of the Policy are available on request. Refunds will be pro rata and subject to an administration fee.

Closure of Ensembles

The College reserves the right to cancel an ensemble when the number of students enrolled or attending is too low. In the event of this happening you may be transferred, wherever possible, to another suitable ensemble. When this is not possible your fees will be refunded (pro rata) in line with the Refund of Tuition Fees Policy.
