Symphony Orchestra

Fee: £125 per year
Tuesday 6.45pm – 9.30pm

Explore the symphonic repertoire with this lively
and friendly ensemble. The orchestra combines
full-time and part-time students and performs
several concerts per academic year as part of the Leeds College of Music Concert Season.

Entry requirements
Grade 7/8 standard

Please note that places in some sections are limited.

The Symphony Orchestra is run in conjunction with the College's provision for full time students. You will have the opportunity to work alongside students studying on our HE courses. Please note that all members must be available to play in the concerts which are taking place on Sunday 4 December 2011 and Sunday 25th March 2012. Rehearsal schedules and programme will be available at the first rehearsal. Concert details are also available here

Choral Society

Fee: £150 per year
Thursday 7.15pm – 9.30pm

Whether you are a beginner or already have some choral experience, this established choir will enable you to develop your singing skills.

Entry requirements
Students must have the ability to read music.

Discover a range of orchestral works and gain valuable experience in orchestral playing in this enjoyable ensemble.

Tuesday evenings: 7.00pm – 9.30pm
Fee: £250 per year
