A contemporary space at the heart of the city’s Cultural Quarter, Leeds College of Music offers everything you are looking for to host a successful event. Our dedicated events team excels in providing a friendly and efficient service with a single point of contact from your initial enquiry and throughout your event. Technical support with lighting, sound and stage equipment comes as standard so you can concentrate on looking after your delegates. The amount of returning business we receive is testament to this!

The Venue
Our state of the art 350 seat auditorium provides a flexible and inviting space that can accommodate conferences, debates, formal presentations, auditions, TV screenings or meetings.
The space is fitted with theatre lighting and sound equipment and high power projection onto a large motorised screen.
The Recital Room
Seating up to 120 people, the Recital Room is spacious yet intimate with retractable raked seating built in audio system and high power projection. The space is popular with a wide range of clients for its excellent sight lines and superb acoustics..
Classrooms and meeting rooms
We have a range of meeting rooms which are presented to a very high standard to accommodate up to 70 theatre style or 40 classroom style.
Our neighbours include Yorkshire Dance, The West Yorkshire Playhouse, Northern Ballet Theatre and The Wardrobe, so why not combine your conference or event with the cultural experience Leeds College of Music and Quarry Hill has to offer.

Prices
We offer competitive prices. Day delegate rates start at just £28 and include all AV, three servings of tea and coffee, and a buffet lunch.
We can also offer competitive room hire rates to suit your needs.
We want your event to impress (both you and your delegates), so if you need something else from us just ask!
Why not add a twist to your lunch break with live music. Leeds College of Music’s Musicians’ Booking Service is able to provide high quality musicians for your event; from string quartets and jazz duos, to soloists and small scale pop bands.

Looking for a burst of colour? We can arrange flowers to suit your needs, whether that is corporate colours, classic style or something modern and funky.
We can arrange the hire of additional furniture, table cloths and equipment. Just ask and we will get you a quote.

Make it sparkle with our cava and canapés reception from just £15 per person (when booked with your event).

Concerts
To hire The Venue or The Recital Room for a concert or other performance we will be happy to discuss your requirements. We have two of the finest venues in the area, complete with Steinway Grand Pianos. We offer you full technical support for your performance, a smart and friendly front of house team, and can provide a professional ticketing service, including online sales and a listing on our online Concert Season diary.
