In Person
The Box Office is situated in the College Reception area and is open from Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm. (8.00pm concert days), and at weekends from one hour before the concert begins.

Call from 10.00am to 5.00pm (8.00pm on concert days) for instantly confirmed credit or debit card bookings. Tickets can be mailed to you in advance at a charge of 50p or can be collected in person at the Box Office.

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Leeds College of Music’. Please state your ticket requirements and enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your tickets to be sent to you.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved up to the week of the performance. All reserved tickets must be paid for within 4 days.
Please note, for events in The Venue where seats are numbered, if particular seats are required then booking should be made via telephone. Otherwise the best available seats at the time of booking will be issued.
Discounts
When available, discounts are offered to students in full-time education, over 60s, disabled people and unemployed people.
Please note that Leeds College of Music staff and students can only claim discounts in person at the Box Office.
Members of Connections can only claim discounts in person or over the phone by quoting their membership number.
Special Offers
Only one offer applies to any one ticket, subject to availability, and must be requested at the time of purchase. No refund on pre-booked tickets will be made on the announcement of a special offer that advertises tickets at a lower price.
Groups
Discounts are available – please contact the Box Office for details.
Exchanges
Ticket exchanges can be made for a flat fee of £1. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for a performance or after an interval we will do everything possible to assist. As not to disturb the enjoyment of fellow audience members you may have to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally it may not be possible to enter once a performance has started.
Access
There is full wheelchair access to all venues, including wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. Please let us know in advance of any special access requirements.
The wheelchair user and one companion are entitled to discounted tickets on all performances.
Hearing
The Venue is fitted with an infrared audio system. Patrons can independently control the level of volume required from their seat by using a headset. If you would like to make use of this facility, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking. Guide dogs are admitted to both venues. Please contact the Box Office in advance regarding special access requirements.

Tickets for LICS can only be booked through the Leeds City Council Box Office.
