As part of the library communication and consultation strategy, we look to work with students throughout the academic year through various ways outlined below and any improvements implemented are published in the you said...we did section.
The Library/Studio is passionate about providing excellent services that cater for all your module needs. As such, it’s really important that we stay in touch with our students so that we can listen to your views. Meeting the Head of Library services at forums throughout the academic year is a great way to do this. The forums involve open meetings with the head of library and team members, where you can ask questions on our services, resources or the library in general. It’s a good opportunity to have your say!
Student Mystery Shops
The Library advertise to employ a team of secret student shoppers to visit services on our behalf to help us identify, from the customer’s point of view, those areas which are working well and those we can improve. Our student team is made up of individuals from all year groups and degree pathways.
Our aim is to make your experience of using our services as satisfying and effective as possible. We send out an annual survey around March, to evaulate our services. Your response will help us to make relevant and timely improvements to the Library Services.
What's Your View
You can fill in an online feedback form here or fill in a card which are available next to the Conservatoire lift, on each level. All comments received will be considered seriously, investigated where necessary, and will directly contribute to the improvement of our service to you.
