QR Codes in the Library

The library is now using 'QR codes' to provide links to our E-Book collections

What is a QR Code?

A QR code or Quick Response Code is basically a type of barcode. If your phone has a QR Code Reader application installed you can use it to scan the QR Code which will link to a specific online content or a webpage.

See here for more information

How do I use QR codes?

To use QR codes you need a mobile device that can scan them. The most commonly used devices are mobile phones and most modern phone handsets with a camera will be able to capture QR Codes. You will need to install a QR Code Reader application specific to your phone handset before you can read the QR Codes.
